At Body by Pam, we believe in a real life approach to nutrition. We advocate programs such as Weight Watchers that stress portion control and enable you to make real life choices without gimmicks or shortcuts.

We do not advocate the following approaches:

  • Low carb diets
  • Supplements such as Alli
  • Diets under 1,000 calories per day

Nutritional consulting is included with your training package. Your trainer is also your coach and is available to guide you through all aspects of your eating. It is our goal that life long changes are made rather then quick fixes.
