Pam
is an AFAA certified personal trainer, group exercise and step
instructor. Her desire to help change the lives of others through
fitness and nutrition prompted the opening of Body by Pam. Pam enjoys
incorporating music into her training and celebrating the success of
helping her clients achieve their goals. Pam uses elements of
traditional weight training, yoga, pilates and fun combinations to keep
your workout fresh and alive. An avid vegetarian, she strives hard to
practice what she preaches.
