Want to run your first 5k, 10k, half marathon or full marathon and don’t know what to do? Ran a race before but need some help for future runs or want to push your distance safely? With 9 marathons and countless, 5k, 10k and half marathons under her belt let Pam guide the way! All packages include the following:

  1. Full running program including nutrition tips, strategy and "how-to" questions answered 
    • A completely customized training plan for you ranging depending on race length 
    • A weekly plan to safely build mileage to your race day
    • A customized preventative care program 
  2. Two private, personally guided running sessions with Pam to coach you along the way 
  3. Check-ins on your progress before the race
