Body By Pam offers several multisession packages, from a starter package designed for new members to experiment and see if our program is right for them, to packages designed for members that are ready to embark on a journey to a healthier and more fit lifestyle! Sessions are valid for Personal Training, Personal Yoga, and Personal Stretch! Details on each one below.

50 minute personal training sessions
Sessions are conducted by nationally certified personal trainers
Complimentary nutritional counseling*

One on one, hour long yoga session customized to your yoga level
Conducted right here at Body By Pam by a certified Yoga Instructor

Conducted by the certified personal trainers on staff with a sports medicine emphasis
Need 30 minutes stretch, 30 minutes of weights? Yes we can! Feel like stretching for 60 minutes? Yes we can!
Personal stretch can be part of a training session or all of a training session
*At Body by Pam, we believe in a real life approach to nutrition. We advocate programs such as Weight Watchers that stress portion control and enable you to make real life choices without gimmicks or shortcuts. We do not advocate low carb diets, supplements such as Alli, or diets under 1,000 calories per day. It is our goal that life long changes are made rather than quick fixes. Nutritional consulting is included with your training package.
